Exchange Policy

RETURN (CONTACT US FIRST)

Our Exchange policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you recieve your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you have a proof of purchase, and the items are defective or damaged, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first.

SHIPPING (OF A RETURNED PRODUCT(S) )

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return us the  items. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then an exchange will be processed, and a new product(s) will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are at our expense, if you are approved for an exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
